Attached to the purchase confirmation email is a PDF file. This file is the actual ticket(s). Print out the attachment and present it to the driver upon boarding the coach. The ticket MUST have a bar code for scanning. Click here to download Adobe Reader.
Those guests traveling TO Logan Airport, please remember to check in with the C&J Customer Service Representative upon arriving at your terminal in Dover, Portsmouth or Newburyport for baggage tags. Tags are required for those pieces being placed under the coach.

In the East Boston neighborhood of Boston , Massachusetts, is one of the 20 busiest airports in the U.S., with over 27 million passengers a year. Logan International Airport has four terminals, all connected by shuttle buses and walkways. C&J provides drop-off and pick-up service at departure and arrival points of each airline.
C&J does NOT have a ticket counter or agent at Logan Airport. Tickets can be purchased online. Tickets can also be purchased upon your arrival into destination in Newburyport, Portsmouth or Dover. Call the C&J Information Center at 1-800-258-7111 for more information.
Buses stop outside the lower level (baggage claim) at Terminals A, B, C, and E. Buses depart from Terminal A on the scheduled departure time and proceed to the remaining Terminals (B1, B2, C and E) before exiting the Airport. The driver will exit the bus and call the destination for that coach. Coaches that read "Dover, NH" above the driver, do stop in Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH before proceeding to Dover, NH. It is important for passengers to pay attention and be in the designated pick up area, prior to the departure time on the schedule.

Terminal A: Downstairs, outside of baggage claim, all the way down to the right of the terminal near the signs that read Scheduled Buses.
Terminal B: Downstairs outside of baggage claim by the blue and white bus sign at US Airways and American Airlines. Reminder, after the bus departs from Terminal A, it will proceed to B1, and then B2. C&J only picks up at the far right handside of the terminal as you exit the facility. A blue bus sign is located to the left, however, C&J is not listed on that sign.
Terminal C: Outside of baggage claim, wait by the curb, by the scheduled blue and white bus sign.
Terminal E: Downstairs, outside of baggage claim, all the way down to the right of the terminal, by the scheduled blue and white bus sign. |

Please note: All buses companies share the same pick up points at Logan. C&J Buses begin picking up at Terminal A and end at Terminal E. Scheduled pickup times are at Terminal A; please allow a few minutes for the buses to pickup at the remainder of the terminals.
