To guarantee seating, passengers must arrive 10 minutes prior to departure, as any standby passengers will be boarded following this time.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your ticket on the date and the time selected on your reservation, the ticket can be used on a stand-by basis on any scheduled trip between Durham, NH and Boston when space is available for up to 14 days from the original reservation date.  Those passengers with standby tickets will be boarded 10 minutes prior to departure time, when space is available.
