To assist you during this peak travel period, we want to ensure that your travel experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please take note of the following important travel information:
Allow Extra Time
To avoid any last-minute rush, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. This will give you ample time to park, get all your bags together, and board your bus comfortably. The boarding process begins approximately 10 minutes prior to departure time.
Parking Information
Parking at all C&J terminals is $4/ day. Please note that parking is limited during peak times. For your convenience, we offer valet parking at our Portsmouth terminal for $8/day.
*To accommodate increased travel during the school vacation period, valet parking will also be available in Seabrook until 2 PM on Thursday, February 20th; Friday, February 21st; and Saturday, February 22nd.
Should any parking lots reach full capacity, passengers must valet their cars with us in Portsmouth or Seabrook if they wish to leave a vehicle on-site.

Reservation Only
All of our buses require reservations and many of our buses are currently at full capacity this weekend due to New Hampshire School Vacation. Please be sure to double-check the date and time specified on your ticket.
Change of Plans?
When your travel plans change, your reservation should too. Follow the link here to change or manage your reservation. Please note that due to the high travel volume rescheduling may be difficult during this time. Rest assured, we will have additional staff at Logan Airport and on our customer service team to assist with the peak travel period.
Effective November 21, 2024, C&J’s pickup location at Logan Airport Terminal B-1 (American Airlines and Air Canada) has changed. Our new pickup spot is now downstairs, outside baggage claim at Door B106, near the orange “Scheduled Buses” sign.
