Starting Sunday, July 14, 2024, all C&J arrivals and departures at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC will be relocated to Gate 36.
New Gate Location for Bus to NYC
Gate 36 is conveniently located in the same corridor as our previous Gate 2 but at the opposite end of the hallway on the same side. This move is part of the Port Authority's ongoing improvements and we are excited for the opportunity to be at a newly built gate. See the map below that shows the new C&J location.
Why the Change?
The Port Authority Bus Terminal has introduced Gate 36 with updated facilities to better serve travelers. Whether you are commuting for work or visiting NYC for leisure, the new gate promises a smoother and more comfortable travel experience.
What to Expect
We understand that changes can be disorienting, but rest assured, there will be plenty of signage to guide you to our new location. Our friendly operators will also be available to assist.
