Have you heard the news? C&J launched guaranteed seating on our buslines on June 28, 2022. From this moment forward, you’ll always have a reserved seat* on your bus—no more waiting in line and hoping there’s enough room.
You can now book your trip in advance to ensure you get your preferred travel time. But don’t worry—you can always change your reservation if your travel plans change. The easiest way to do so is to log into your C&J account, but you can always call us to change your reservation.
If you’re a frequent C&J rider, you may find that guaranteed seating makes your life a bit easier. We all have schedules to keep, and if you can’t get on the bus you need, it could affect your whole day. But if you can book your seat in advance, you can be certain you’re getting where you need to be, when you need to be there.
While we always encourage people to book seats in advance, we recognize that doing so isn’t always possible and that plans change. You’ll still have the flexibility C&J riders have come to know and love. Standby seats aren’t going away—but if you crave the structure of a guaranteed seat, consider that craving satisfied!

However, if you don’t have a free C&J account, you can still change your reservations as a guest. You’ll need your confirmation number to make any changes.
