Beginning June 25, 2026, new schedules and service updates will take effect. As part of these changes, select fares will be adjusted.

South Station Service

Travel Advisory: Potential Delays for NYC Service During World Cup Events

Due to World Cup events happening in New York City, bringing increased traffic and large crowds to Midtown Manhattan and the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

As a result, customers traveling to or from New York City on the dates below may experience longer travel times and possible delays due to traffic congestion, roadway restrictions, and increased activity around the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

July 5 and July 19

If you are traveling on one of the dates listed above, we recommend:

  • Allowing extra travel time, especially for connections, appointments, and flights
  • Arriving at your departure location a few minutes earlier than usual
  • Monitoring your email and our website for service updates
